BLAZE Dark Leaf Shisha Tobacco is based on a select Burley blend. According to Hookain, it was no easy task to develop a high-quality Burley blend that is both extremely strong and smooth in smoking behavior. The breakthrough came for the Cologne-based company when they mixed their high-quality French tobacco with glycerin and molasses and subjected it to a pressure of 250 bar. Only then could it be ensured that the flavors and glycerin penetrate the entire cell structure of the plant. This process is also known as homogenizing the tobacco.
BLAZE tobacco is based on a harmoniously balanced Burley tobacco blend that caters to all the characteristics appreciated by fans of dark tobacco. The Burley blend smokes smoothly, offering you full, intense flavor and an optimal throat hit. The flavors of the individual varieties form a harmonious connection with the leathery-earthy taste of the Burley blend, while the tobacco flavor itself is pleasantly unobtrusive in the background.
At present, the manufacturer Hookain offers six varieties of the Burley blend. Most of the varieties are fruity, but there is also a creamy pastry option, making it suitable for the majority of shisha enthusiasts.
BLAZE's flavor combinations are diverse, interesting, and can be excellently combined with other varieties.

Generally, all flavors are pretty nice if you're looking for a strong tobacco experience. If you can handle a high nicotine level, you'll be very satisfied with all BLAZE Dark Leaf flavors. We really like both Lym Hype (sour lemon) for mixing and Preach (peach/green tea combo), which also works extremely well in the bowl.
Interestingly, this is a very unfair question when it comes to Blaze tobacco. While we do highly recommend the combination of a phunnel bowl and a heat management device, a multi-hole bowl is also a very good choice for the strong black tobacco.
Depending on the setup and heat, different flavors come to the forefront, so it's best to experiment with the options and find out what suits you best.

If the tobacco in the phunnel bowl isn't strong enough for you, you can also try a multi-hole bowl. The Darkside Shot or a bowl from Cosmo Bowl with Shot Depot are perfect for this, as you'll use only a small amount of tobacco in such a bowl in case it's too strong.

Wir sind überzeugt von dem Tabak. Das liegt daran, dass der Tabak von Hookain extrem gut verarbeitet ist und er für einen so kräftigen Grundtabak sich angenehm sanft rauchen lässt. Das Nikotinlevel ist allerdings so hoch, das wir ihn Anfängern nicht ohne weiteres empfehlen würden.
FYL wird in Polen hergestellt. Hier befindet sich die Produktion des Herstellers Hookain, welcher die Marke BLAZE Dark Leaf ins Leben gerufen hat. Der Rohtabak, der verwendet wird, kommt zum größten Teil aus Frankreich.
Unserer Erfahrung nach schmeckt der Tabak am besten mit einem Setup aus Phunnel und Smokebox. Genauer empfehlen wir hier die Modelle von Hookain, Moze, Amotion oder ONMO.
