What is Musthave Dry Base / Pipe Tobacco?
Dry Base, or simply pipe tobacco, is a flavored dry tobacco that cannot be smoked directly in a hookah. Only by adding glycerin (with at least 95% purity), carefully mixing both components several times, and allowing some time to rest, can you get a moist hookah tobacco that can then be smoked in a hookah.
Note: Mixing with taxed glycerin would produce hookah tobacco. Production only with permission and in a tax warehouse and immediately taxable.
