Using other types of glycerin for this purpose is illegal according to the legislator, even though it is theoretically possible. Strictly speaking, the entire process of mixing without permission and outside a tax warehouse is illegal. Moreover, the produced Shisha tobacco must be taxed immediately after production. After the glycerin has had time to soak into the fibers of the tobacco leaves, you get 200g of smokable Shisha tobacco, which costs about half of what you would pay for directly usable Shisha tobacco. However, as the manufacturing process is illegal without official permission, we strongly advise against it. The responsibility and potential consequences of your actions are yours alone.

Honestly, not quite. There are many factors that influence the taste of a product. These include raw materials and production tools/conditions. Since both the flavors and the tobacco are the same, you can come quite close to the original, but you will not fully achieve the taste of the ready-to-smoke Shisha tobacco.
