The Vandenberg v2 is produced by the German hookah tobacco manufacturer, who is also behind the hookah tobacco brands Babos, XRacher, Odinson and Kismet. In the production of these brands, years of experience have already been gained in the hookah scene, which is also used in the production of the bowls.
According to the manufacturer Vandenberg, the glazes of the bowl should have different effects in terms of performance! The matt glazes should not give off as much heat to the hookah tobacco but store it longer. This means that tobaccos that do not require a particularly high heat run particularly well and the session can be extended a little longer due to the good heat storage. The models with a shiny glaze, on the other hand, are supposed to give off more heat and are therefore especially good for hookah smokers who prefer a high temperature for the tobacco. In our opinion, however, the effects here are marginal and you should decide according to the appearance of the bowl. So it's best to choose the colour that best suits your hookah!
The Vandenberg v2 holds about 22-24 grams of tobacco and is therefore slightly larger than the Vandenberg v1! This makes it perfect for when you smoke with several people in one hookah.
