Still, one thing should be clear to everyone:
Smoking hookah is only permitted from the age of 18.

According to §10 of the Youth Protection Act:

Selling tobacco to minors under 18? Prohibited.
Applies in stores, from vending machines, and via online retail.
Anyone who violates this commits a criminal offense.
