It should be clear to every smoker how important cleaners and detergents are for cleaning the hookah. If you always use water alone to clean the hookah, you will not be able to remove all residues and impurities in the hookah. This leads to bacteria or even mould forming in the parts of your hookah, which you then inhale during your next hookah session!

When it comes to hookah cleaning agents, a basic distinction can be made between the cleaner in powder form and the liquid spray cleaner. Both are available from different manufacturers and all variants clean your shisha to the same extent.
Both cleaning agents can be used for all hookah components. So for your smoke columns, bowls, mouthpieces and even your phunnel. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that you have to rinse the parts with clear water after cleaning them with the cleaner!
The cleaning powder is available, for example, from the brand AO. It is called AO Koka Clean Powder. One package contains 150 grams and is therefore suitable for about 30-50 cleaning processes. When it comes to spray cleaners, there are also several brands that offer cleaners with which you can get your shisha and accessories sparkling clean again. We use Cleaner4Everyone, which was created by one of the most successful hookah content creators. We use it ourselves and are very convinced of its effectiveness. Simply spray a few squirts of the cleaner into the bowl or the other parts of your hookah, and follow up with lukewarm water and a brush to remove all nicotine and tobacco deposits!
Unfortunately, Shisha4Everyone's cleaner has been discontinued. However, the Loyal brand continues to produce the same cleaner. So you can still get the cleaner, but with a different label!
