What to look for in a beginner hookah
At the start it is hard to tell which criteria you should even be judging by. In our view, a first hookah should tick these five boxes:

With hookah tobacco a gentle start pays off. Begin with mild Virginia tobacco, because dark blend and burley bring a much stronger experience that most people find too harsh at first. A shortlist sits in the beginner hookah tobacco category.
Flavour-wise you have a free choice, from fruity varieties such as blueberry, watermelon and pineapple through fresh mint varieties to creamy hookah tobacco with vanilla, chocolate or pastry notes.
