Delivery

We usually hand your order over to the shipping carrier within two days of receiving payment. If your package is packed before 2 PM, it typically goes out the same day.

Tobacco and tobacco substitute products are shipped exclusively via DHL with age verification. These items can only be ordered within Germany.

Shipping Costs

Orders over €80.00 ship free within Germany. If your cart is below that, we charge €6.90 in shipping. Within the EU, we ship free on orders over €120.00. Promotions with different thresholds are indicated in the shop.

Delivery Time

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Please note: Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we have no influence on the exact delivery date.
