Hoarfrost Designs are known for their successful combination of frosted and transparent sections, connected by deep, overlapping cuts. The Hoarfrost Down variant is particularly popular with our customers. The bowl starts at the neck with a frosted section overlaid by a ring of overlapping cuts. This is followed by a clear glass section, then a border of deep, "wildly" overlapping long cuts, and finally another frosted section.
The most striking aspect of a Cone Bowl is its wide base. This gives the bowl an extremely stable appearance. The cone shape directs the viewer's gaze upwards and provides plenty of space for both the smoke column and base to unfold their visual impact.
In the Czech Republic, the glasses are handcrafted with the highest precision by Caesar Crystal Bohemiae. These plug bowls made of high-quality lead crystal are known for their excellent craftsmanship. Each Caesar bowl is extremely durable and a true handmade unique piece.
