What is Dry Base / Pipe Tobacco
Pipe tobacco is treated and flavored dry tobacco that is not directly smokeable in a hookah. Only by adding 100 g of glycerin (at least 95% purity), carefully mixing both components multiple times, and allowing some time to sit, you get a moist hookah tobacco that can then be smoked in a hookah.
Note: Mixing with 100 g of taxed glycerin would produce 200 g of water pipe tobacco. Production only with permission and in a tax warehouse and immediately taxable.
