The idea behind the founding of the company in 2009 was to produce hookahs that have the smoking characteristics of a traditional hookah while meeting the highest quality and design standards. Therefore, the brand started with three different types of wood (Red, Brown, and Clear) in three designs/sizes (Prince, Queen, and King). Over the course of the company's history, more shapes were added, and the sleeve designs became increasingly experimental.
Today, there are sleeve creations made from a wide variety of materials such as: fine woods, epoxy, colored composite wood, plant parts, marble, colored pencils, Lego bricks, or even combinations of these and many other materials.
Each hookah is a handmade unique piece and exists only once in the world. The price range for a Regal Hookah varies greatly as it depends on how luxurious the materials used are and/or how complex it is to process them.

Besides the sleeves, a lot of craftsmanship goes into the rest of the hookah. The centerpiece is a stainless steel tube through which the smoke is channeled from the bowl to the base.
With the exception of the tube and the sleeve, all other "composite parts" are made from CNC-milled and anodized aluminum, which is also used in aerospace and aircraft construction. A very durable material that can last a long time with proper care.
Another special feature is the brand's charcoal trays. These are not screwed onto the shaft but are placed from above onto a dedicated tray on the smoke column. There are two different versions of the tray: one shaped like a deep plate and another that is crown-shaped, making the use of a charcoal screen unnecessary.
