The new MixTo Dark range is aimed at fans of a stronger smoking experience, as the name suggests. The new MixTo flavors are a Dark Blend mix that brings a spicy note and the kick of a higher nicotine level.

MixTo Dark Hookah Tobacco – What Makes MixTo’s Dry Base Tobacco Special?

MixTo Dark follows the same principle as MixTo. You buy a can with 65g of flavored but dry hookah pipe tobacco. If you want to smoke it in a hookah, you must first mix it with 135g of glycerin (about 110ml). This gives the tobacco the perfect properties for your hookah.

NOTE: By mixing with 135g of taxed glycerin, 200g of hookah tobacco will be made. Production is only allowed with authorization and in a tax warehouse, and must be taxed immediately.

This may seem a bit cumbersome compared to ready-to-smoke tobacco, but the price difference is enormous. And the effort, in contrast, is relatively low.

Waiting Time After Mixing the Tobacco with Glycerin

Preparing the pipe tobacco should take only 30 seconds, and according to the manufacturer, the tobacco is smokeable after another 10 minutes. However, with a Burley tobacco mix, it is advisable to give the glycerin a little more time to penetrate the plant fibers. It is likely that after at least 24 hours, the tobacco will have had enough time to soak in.

How Strong is MixTo Tobacco?

You might hardly believe it, but MixTo has brought a very strong Burley mix pipe tobacco to the market with the MixTo Dark series, which will especially please long-time Dark Blend pipe tobacco smokers. The strong nicotine kick and intense flavor will excite you.

NOTE: We recommend that Dark Blend beginners first try other Dark Blend brands, as most other tobacco varieties on the market have less nicotine. But even for a Dark Blend, MixTo Dark is quite strong.

What Bowl Should You Use to Smoke MixTo?

Ultimately, it’s up to you which setup you use to enjoy MixTo tobacco. Generally, for a Dark Blend, a multi-hole bowl is recommended, but if you only have a phunnel, there’s absolutely no problem smoking the Burley in a phunnel.
