Dry Base isn’t technically shisha tobacco; it’s a flavored dry tobacco that cannot be smoked directly in a shisha. Only by adding glycerin (at least 95% purity), thoroughly mixing the two components multiple times, and allowing some resting time does it become moist enough to be used in a shisha.
