Dry Base is technically not Shisha tobacco but an aromatic dry tobacco that is not directly smokeable in a Shisha. Only by adding glycerin (at least 95% purity), carefully mixing the two components multiple times, and letting it sit for a while can you create a moist tobacco that can be smoked in a Shisha.
