If you order 20kg of hookah charcoal along with tobacco or other accessories, you might receive your order in two separate packages. Don’t be alarmed if only one package arrives initially; the second will likely follow on the next business day. This is because heavy charcoal packages can damage other items during shipping if combined in one box.
Whether you buy a 1kg, 4kg, or 20kg pack, the individual charcoal cubes are the same in all packages—the only difference is the number of cubes. The burn time and quality are consistent across all sizes, ensuring premium performance with every package.
To use hookah charcoal, you’ll need some essential equipment. Coconut charcoal requires a hookah charcoal burner to ignite. If you don’t already have one, you can easily add a burner to your cart when purchasing your charcoal. Depending on the model, it takes 5–10 minutes to fully ignite the charcoal on the burner.
You’ll also need a pair of tongs to safely transfer the hot charcoal from the burner to your hookah bowl without burning your fingers.
While not absolutely necessary, a charcoal basket is highly recommended. Once you’ve used one, you’ll wonder how you managed without it! A basket allows you to transport charcoal safely from the burner to your hookah, preventing accidental drops that could damage your carpet or flooring.
