The handover to the shipping service provider takes place within 2 days after receipt of payment. Orders that are packed before 2 PM are usually picked up by the respective shipping company on the same day. Orders containing tobacco or tobacco substitute products are shipped exclusively via DHL with age verification. The shipping of tobacco and tobacco substitute products is only available within Germany.
We cannot guarantee adherence to the delivery date, as we have no influence on the process once the package has been handed over.
For orders over €80.00, we offer free shipping. Free shipping for orders over €80.00 applies only to deliveries within Germany. For orders below €80.00, a flat shipping fee of €6.90 applies. This excludes promotions where a lower or no minimum order value is required for free shipping. Such promotions will be clearly marked.
