We usually hand your order over to the shipping carrier within two days after payment has been received. If your package is packed before 2 p.m., it will usually ship the same day.
We ship tobacco and tobacco substitute products exclusively with DHL including age verification. These items can only be ordered within Germany.
Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €80.00 or more. Within the EU, shipping is free for orders of €120.00 or more. If your cart total is below that amount, we charge €6.90 for shipping. Promotions with different thresholds are marked accordingly in the shop.
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
