Blackburn Bass & Lic is made in Russia and comes in the 100 g tin. Blackburn uses Burley as its base tobacco, which has a higher nicotine content than Virginia and carries aromas more strongly and more naturally. We would steer beginners away from this one, since the dark blend is a good deal too harsh for a first session. Work your way up instead and mix a small amount into a large share of Virginia tobacco before you pack a whole bowl with it.
