The Darkside Pro
The Darkside Pro is the new model in the Darkside hookah range for everyone who likes to put their setup together themselves. Like the Darkside Neo and the Ultima, the Pro is a plug-in hookah and comes without a base. That makes it ideal if you already own a matching plug-in base or want to build your setup individually. Thanks to the universal base connector, you can pair it with the plug-in base of your choice.
At around 54 cm including the glass base, the Darkside Pro is one of the medium-sized hookahs. In the Grey Chrome version, the Pro comes in grey with a silver-coloured charcoal tray.
Tip: The Pro looks especially classy in combination with colour-matched hookah accessories.
What we liked most is the long mouthpiece, which is roughly as long as the stem itself. That way you can lean back and keep your arms comfortably on the armrest.
On the technical side, the Darkside Pro convinces with a pleasantly noticeable draw.
A practical detail is the magnetic hose connector. It holds the hose securely and releases it with a single move, which makes everyday handling really comfortable. The magnet can be unscrewed, and a spare magnet is included.
The purge valve keeps it nicely classic and blows from the base towards the charcoal tray, with a spare ball for the valve included right away. There is also a push-on diffuser in the box, so you can smoke more quietly whenever you like. With two different bowl grommets in the package, the Pro is well equipped for almost all common bowls.
The Darkside Pro is made of stainless steel and anodized aluminium. This combination of materials ensures stability, durability and high resistance in everyday use. At the same time, the stem set stays pleasantly easy to clean.
Besides the stem, the scope of delivery includes a charcoal tray, a diffuser, a silicone hose, a mouthpiece, two bowl grommets, a spare ball for the purge valve and a spare magnet. Please note that no base is included with this set.
If you are looking for a high-quality Darkside hookah with modern features, you should definitely take a closer look at the Darkside Pro.
