Besides its ready-to-smoke hookah tobacco, Jookah also makes a pipe tobacco, known in the scene as dry base. It's a treated, flavoured dry tobacco that isn't directly smokeable in a hookah. Only after adding glycerin, carefully mixing both components several times and letting it sit for a while does it turn into a moist hookah tobacco you can then smoke.
Note: For 100 g of dry base you need 100 g of taxed glycerin with at least 95% purity, which together makes 200 g of finished hookah tobacco. This kind of production is only allowed with the right permit and in a tax warehouse, and it has to be taxed immediately.
